Australian Travel Price List

Our rate at Poppy & Sage Photography is $550 AUD/hour with a minimum investment of 5 hours for weddings. You can customise your package from here. If you want us for 5 hours of coverage, it will be $2,750 AUD. It's that straightforward. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our pricing.

$550 AUD/hour earns you:

-availability in the lead-up to the wedding
-2 shooters on the day; husband & wife team
-50-75 images/hour on USB
-high-resolution version
-web-optimised version
-a photojournalistic, documentary approach that is intimate, clean and unobtrusive
-reliability of service and quality of product
-meticulous in-house QA/QC as no step in the process is outsourced

We welcome enquiries from all around Australia. You will find our price list for return flights for 2 shooters (on a reliable, reputable airline) + accommodation for 3 nights + transport + insurance for the major cities below. If the wedding is taking place over 50 kms from the nearest capital city, we will need to factor in transport to that particular destination. If you only require 1 shooter, half the total amount shown for travel to the relevant city below (and photography services provided by 1 shooter will be charged at $375/hour with a minimum of 5 hours of coverage):

Examples:

Client wants to book a 5-hour wedding (2 shooters) in Sydney. It would total $2,750 (photography services/products provided by 2 shooters) plus $2,500 (flights + accommodation for 3 nights + transport + insurance for 2 shooters) = $5,250.

Client wants to book a 10-hour wedding (2 shooters) in Hobart. It would total $5,500 (photography services/products provided by 2 shooters) plus $4,100 (flights + accommodation for 3 nights + transport + insurance for 2 shooters) = $9,600.

Client wants to book an 8-hour wedding (1 shooter) in Adelaide. It would total $3,000 (photography services/products provided by 1 shooter) plus $1900 (flights + accommodation for 3 nights + transport + insurance for 1 shooter) = $4,900.
