Approximately six weeks prior to this workshop, the team met up at a West End cafe. The workshop concept had been dreamed up by lovely Annie from Branch and Sea. We chatted and decided to throw the concept out there, see how much money we could raise (we hoped for $2,000), and we would donate all proceeds to Palestine Australia Relief and Action and Pay the Rent. The interest blew us away and the total came to a generous $2,570 (the receipts are included at the end of this post).
